During our initial consultation, we will also evaluate all of the equipment already installed in your practice. This allows us to create a Technology Narrative or “roadmap” that outlines how to improve your infrastructure and ensure that it is up to date and optimized for your needs.
Service plan selection:
Based on the information gathered during our initial consultation and equipment evaluation, we will recommend one of our service plans that fits your needs the best. We offer three levels of service: Core (basic), Engage (medium), and Elevate (advanced). Our team will work with you to determine which plan is the best fit for your practice.
Initial on-boarding:
Once you have selected a service plan, we will begin the process of reconfiguring your technology to work at its best and putting our processes into place. This includes optimizing your systems and ensuring that everything is configured for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Ongoing care:
